Typically our contract values are between £500,000 and £2,000,000 but we have undertaken projects in excess of £8,000,000.
We take your site with planning permission and return it as a fully completed, ready to sell development.
We develop property under another brand; the principals of Java Green understand your needs as a developer.
Our projects as developers can be seen as and range from 5 - 60 units per site.
Through Java Green we advise others on developments from acquisition to specification to general problem solving. We can help with contacts in any number of areas.
Unfortunately liquidations are on the rise with 75% of all company liquidations in Q2 2019 related to construction.

We have extensive experience in finishing jobs that have gone wrong.
We can help with certification, negotiating with unpaid sub-contractors and getting the project where you need it to be. If needed we can take over as main contractor.
Java Green was formed by Ed Deedman to bring together his experience as both main contractor and as a property developer.
Ed started in 2003, refurbishing flats and small houses to sell; this quickly grew into undertaking similar work for others. In 2009 the building work switched wholly to New Build developments as a main contractor. At the same time many of these projects were completed as Joint Ventures or with Ed advising in a co-developer role.

189 Kingsway, hove. A landmark development of 52 flats in a prime location on Hove seafront. Developer role, purchasing the site, improving the planning and leading the project through to completion and sales. Main contractor; our partners the highly recommended; Trinity Homes.
The Grays, Newhaven. A development of 27 new houses to a modern design by CF Moller Architects. Developer role, taking on the site subject to planning and leading the project from planning through to sales. Main contractor; our partners the highly recommended; Trinity Homes.

Farley bank, Hastings
We took over from a contractor that had gone into liquidation.
There were significant problems with the site to overcome from unconnected services to warranty and building control issues.
These were resolved by our team and the houses all successfully sold.
Buckingham Lodge, Brighton. An air rights development over an existing block of flats. Working both as developer and main contractor, dealing with every aspect of the job including the tricky party wall aspects.
